Amity Living was founded by Dom and Loryn - a licensed builder and an interior designer with complementary disciplines and a shared belief that good renovation is as much about the decisions made early as it is about the finished result.

Dom - Licensed Builder

A licensed residential builder with over 30 years of industry experience, Dom established Amity Living to deliver renovations with clarity, precision and long-term value.

With a background spanning both residential and commercial construction, he brings practical knowledge and disciplined coordination to every project. Construction is approached with a focus on durability and structured delivery — ensuring work progresses efficiently and without unnecessary complexity.

Loryn - Interior Designer

Formally trained in interior design, Loryn contributes spatial planning and material guidance across projects.

Her approach reflects a practical understanding of workflow, durability and proportion. She focuses on resolving layout and selection decisions early, ensuring each renovation is cohesive, practical and fully integrated into construction.

We work across the Northern Rivers and Tweed Coast, bringing together spatial thinking, construction expertise and a considered approach to residential renovation.

Our focus is not simply on adding more to a home. It is on understanding what is already there, identifying what could work better, and making deliberate decisions about where change will have the greatest value.
