Design and construction, considered together.
Amity Living was founded by Dom and Loryn - a licensed builder and an interior designer with complementary disciplines and a shared belief that good renovation is as much about the decisions made early as it is about the finished result.
We work across the Northern Rivers and Tweed Coast, bringing together spatial thinking, construction expertise and a considered approach to residential renovation. Our focus is not simply on adding more to a home. It is on understanding what is already there, identifying what could work better, and making deliberate decisions about where change will have the greatest value.

| Here at Amity, design intelligence and construction expertise are brought together from the outset. Every decision is made in full consideration of the people who will live with the outcome — and the investment they are entrusting to our process. That process begins before a single design decision is made. Regardless of how large or small, our projects are approached through an initial feasibility consultation, the property, its potential and its constraints are assessed — establishing a considered direction before commitment is made. | |||
| Clarity on this, early, is one of the most valuable things we offer. This is what considered renovation means. Two disciplines - one practice. The name Amity denotes harmony — between people, between spaces, between the life a home makes possible and those living it. It is a word that carries quiet intention. A well-resolved home does not merely present well. It performs well, and it endures. That is the standard to which we hold ourselves, and the outcome we pursue on every project. | |||
