This three-bedroom character home required a full reconsideration of its internal arrangement.
The original plan constrained movement and underutilised its terrace outlook. A new master suite was introduced, positioned to capture light and views, while the kitchen, bathroom and laundry were reworked to improve flow and everyday usability.
Rather than override the existing character, the remodel responds to it. Decorative strapping and shutters were refined, and custom joinery was integrated to support both storage and proportion. Contemporary detailing was introduced with restraint, allowing old and new to sit comfortably together.
This is a family home. Practicality shaped the outcome. Layout, durability and clarity guided each decision.
