Before design begins, before scope is defined, and before any commitment is made — an independent assessment of the property, its potential and its constraints is conducted.

The feasibility consultation is available as a standalone professional service, independent of any construction engagement.

For clients who proceed with Amity Living, the consultation fee is credited toward the project — reflecting a commitment to a process that begins with integrity and carries through to completion.
