Surf Ave was delivered within a new build footprint, with Amity Living engaged to resolve spatial planning and interior direction.

The brief focused on proportion, flow and aesthetic cohesion across kitchen, ensuite and mudroom zones. Circulation was carefully considered to ensure ease of movement through open-plan living, while maintaining defined functional moments for family life.

Material selections were restrained and tonal. Soft neutral cabinetry, stone benchtops and fluted timber detailing introduce warmth and texture without excess. The kitchen island was designed as a sculptural anchor to the living space — balanced in scale and built for daily use.

All finishes and inclusions were refined and procured by Amity Living to ensure consistency across joinery, fixtures and surface selections.

Bathrooms continue the language of clarity and durability, with simple forms, brushed brass tapware and durable stone surfaces suited to coastal conditions.

The result is a contemporary family home that feels light, composed and resolved from plan through to detail.
