This project was driven by material intent.
The brief called for a high level of finish and a palette that felt grounded, quiet and enduring. The response centred on natural stone, custom joinery and restrained detailing to create bathrooms defined by weight and proportion rather than ornament.
All finishes and inclusions were refined and procured by Amity Living. Material selections were resolved in-house to ensure cohesion across stone, tile, timber and fixture.
Vanities were designed as monolithic stone forms, anchoring each space with mass and tactility. Custom joinery in warm timber veneer introduces contrast and depth against a refined, earthy tile selection.
Faucet Strommen tapware provides precision and durability. Zetr power outlets were integrated discreetly to maintain visual clarity. Every element was considered in relation to the whole.
Showers were reconfigured to prioritise volume and comfort, with integrated stone seating reinforcing the architectural quality of the rooms. Light, texture and proportion work together to create a bathing environment that feels composed and intentional.
The result is a series of bathrooms that read as calm and substantial — contemporary in execution, grounded in natural materiality.
